These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sienax AI website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT US
Sienax AI provides AI automation services, including chatbot setup, workflow automation, website creation, and related digital services for medical aesthetics and similar businesses.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sienax AI.
“Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual or business purchasing our services.
2. SERVICES
We offer services including but not limited to:

Automation of enquiry handling via Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat, or similar platforms

Website creation or optimisation

Ongoing maintenance and support (if agreed)
The scope of services will be defined in writing (email, proposal, or invoice). Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
3. SETUP FEES & PAYMENTS

Setup fees are charged upfront unless otherwise agreed.

Monthly maintenance fees (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made on time to avoid service suspension.
Failure to pay may result in temporary or permanent termination of services.
4. REFUNDS
Due to the customised nature of our services:

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice

No refunds are provided for partial months of service

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

Provide accurate information required for setup

Grant necessary access to platforms (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, website)

Ensure your business complies with applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare and advertising regulations
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or access.
6. USE OF AI & AUTOMATION
Our services rely on third-party platforms and AI technologies. While we aim for accuracy and reliability:

AI responses are not guaranteed to be error-free

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving final chatbot behaviour

AI tools are not a substitute for medical, legal, or professional advice
Sienax AI is not liable for decisions made by clients or end-users based on automated responses.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 3 months
We do not guarantee specific business results such as increased revenue, bookings, or leads.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed:

We retain ownership of proprietary workflows, automation structures, and templates
-
Upon full payment, you are granted a licence to use the chatbot and automation created for your business
You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our systems without written permission.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during the course of the engagement.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed notice period. Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain payable

Access to systems may be revoked

Data handling will follow our Privacy Policy
11. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party services (e.g. Wix, Tidio, Meta, WhatsApp, CRM platforms).
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
