Overview
Sienax AI provides digital services including AI chatbot setup, automation workflows, integrations, and ongoing support. Due to the nature of digital and customised services, all sales are subject to the policy below.
Setup & One-Time Fees
All setup fees (including chatbot configuration, automation setup, integrations, and onboarding) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing costs.
Monthly Subscription / Maintenance Plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle

Once a billing cycle has started, that month’s fee is non-refundable

Access to services will remain active until the end of the paid period
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

The service cannot be delivered due to a technical fault on our side

A critical error occurs that cannot be reasonably resolved
This does not include:

Change of mind

Lack of usage by the client

Third-party platform issues (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, CRM providers)
